Pawsonalities currently ships to most European countries, as well as Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

Shipping Method & Costs:

Small clay figures: shipped via brievenbuspost (letterbox delivery) — a cost-effective option for your convenience.

Larger items / bundles: shipped as small packages.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country and the items in your cart. I will respond with return instructions if your return is approved.

Processing Time:

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 10–15 business days after purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Europe: 3–7 business days

UK & Ireland: 5–10 business days

USA & Australia: 10–15 business days
